Let's level-up Corepower! A lot of people are looking to level up their yoga practice and are going to other studios like Ritual Hot Yoga because they offer more challenging yoga.
Corepower has a better vibe. That's why I go to Corepower, but I miss being challenged daily!!!!

The instructors and program are great.
I had a wonderful class with Carmen in HPF earlier this week. She was thoughtful, gave attention to students who needed guidance on postures and created a calming atmosphere with her words and music. I usually go to C2 or Sculpt classes, but HPF helped me focus on the importance of breathing and building a strong foundation with each movement.
Knowledgeable and friendly teachers. Clean and welcoming environment.
The instructors are top notch! I visit multiple studios in multiple states throughout the year and I always look forward to practicing in Streeterville!

I love CPY. I am an "All access" member and love that I can practice at all CPY studios. I was in Chicago on Biz last week and had the pleasure of taking a few classes at Streeterville CPY. I had practiced here prior to the pandemic so it was nice to be back. :)
I was in town staying next door at the Ivy. Had the opportunity to take a few classes including a restore, the teachers were amazing, studio perfect and other yogis and staff were super kind and welcoming! I’ll be back in July 😊😊😊

Ashley's class was incredible!! The sequence and exercises were dynamic and creative and challenging with all the intensity of reps expected in a yoga sculpt class, while her cueing and passion for teaching motivated everyone to keep going. She kept everything challenging and intense and simultaneously encouraging and empowering. She also led a very full room in an authentic and graceful manner while being commanding in a way that had all of us moving together with the feel of a close community in an intimate space. She showed this same strong yet graceful and authentic leadership before and after class knowing everyone who entered the space by name. We are so blessed to have Ashley in our community and I can't wait to take her class again!
Great atmosphere. Jim really makes his classes so fun and pushes us more than we would push ourselves! I’m usually sore whenever I take his class.
However, I really enjoy all the instructors, some are definitely more challenging that others. Whenever I’m at the studio, I know that I’m going to have a great workout!

Ashley was awesome. She keep saying in class she was going through a tough time and was stressed but you couldn't tell if she hadn't said anything. She still gave a great class and brought great energy! I will def take her class again!!

Gitana Cartwright 🙏🏾 sets a very healing atmosphere. I am able to practice in her HPF without feeling judgment being 63 years old the variations and the use of the blocks and straps she encourages us to use provided by core power is very helpful. Gitana has a way of encouraging us to speak kindly to our self and thank ourselves for showing up, to breathe and to stay present in our space and time just for our own healing. It reminds me of when flying on a plane the attendent says put the mask on yourself 1st. We must take care of ourselves in order to be abe to help someone else. I love ❤️ Gitana and would like to thank her for helping me heal through four injuries. I am a health care provider, for 42 1/2 years, we always put our patients 1st thank you Gitana for the time you have spent reminding us how important we are, and giving us the space core power, to learn to breathe and strengthen our bodies with professional help and assistance. Gitana also that core restoration class OMG love it Love it....Thank you Core Power and Niki Leondakis the CEO is top of the line in Hospitality and Customer service.
