All the instructors are very kind and seem to care about the students in class. I have spinal issues and every instructor I have had (5) has taken the time after class to see how everything went. Above and beyond.

I LOVE HPF! I wish there were classes Saturdays around 6:00 so my husband and I could come before we go out for the evening. The instructors are terrific and I always feel great after the class.

The studios are beautiful, the teachers are great and the classes are challenging. Sometimes they're a little too hot for me so I don't do HPF or sculpt anymore. I like the heat but it can be overboard. Other than that what's not to love!

I like that this studio has 3 different class rooms. This allows for this location to offer a wide variety of classes such as C2 - arm balances & inversions & C1.5.

I love the vibes from the instructors at this CorePower location. I do not live in the area and commute for my classes because I thoroughly enjoy the "aura" of the people in the classes!

Two words: Ken Jones!! Incredible teacher and all-around amazing person. I love that he encourages us to not take our workouts so seriously and instead "to smile, breathe, and have fun."

I like the fact there's core power in the neighborhood of Uptown. I highly recommend this location. other than metered parking, and free parking a couple blocks away under the bridge, the studio is great.
I know some classes have been cut due to volume, but I wish there are 5am classes for some of us Moms who need these times.
Orange theory and some cross fit gyms have a 5am workout.
shred 415 has an express workout at 445 am two days a week.
Can Core Power offer an earlier start than 6am?

I love that every instructor has their own style and that every time I come to class I learn something new, whether it's about myself or about my practice, even if I attend the same class type each time.
