The diversity and scheduling of classes (there's one almost every hour which is very convenient). The teachers are friendly and realize that no everyone is at the same level and respect that.

Beautiful studio. Large locker rooms with private bathroom stalls and showers. Staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. The noon 75 minute C2 was creative and relaxing.

I like the modern approach to the yoga practice and the positive atmosphere. The instructors are great and they have a class for whatever mood and workout that you're looking for.

I think the uptown location is one of the cleanest and nicest core power locations in Chicago. I do miss Ryder at that location!
