I love that teachers try their best to engage with students before and after class. Everyone is very friendly, always asking for feedback and a lot of the teachers bring/say inspirational quotes/thoughts to class.
I like the progression of the yoga classes you can work your way up in levels. Its easier to learn this way.

Customer service is great - everyone is so friendly! The studio is large and kept clean. I love the fire place in the lobby, it makes it feel home-y. I've been to several CPY locations and uptown is my favorite so far!
The calming atmosphere upon entry, from the music to the smells, I felt like I was at a spa, the clean and modern locker room, and the helpful instructors.

I loved this location and Ryan created my favorite C2 class to date. The class was challenging but still meditative and approachable. I really liked having my own personal tea light to focus on throughout class.

the friendly staff and great work out
Classes are great, clean facility and helpful staff. I didn't think the Monday 6:30am Yoga Sculpt class was as challenging as others (another woman said the same thing in the locker room afterwards as well), but I still love CPY and recommend to all my friends. Can't get this type of class anywhere else.
