This was my first yoga class after recovery from gender-affirming surgery, and the instructor was both very chill about the trans thing (sadly, not always a given!) and provided really useful modifications so I could start getting to know my new body. I felt GREAT after our class!

Areas for improvement include not allowing boots and shoes in the studio. Roscoe does a really good job on this point.

Overall super good! I feel like Shea F.’s sculpt class is very heavy on Sun a/b. The flows take up the majority of the class and then there’s only 25 min left in the class when we start with weights.
Great instructors and FAB heating system - you will sweat!!
Love the flexibility in class choices and options. Most importantly the instructors have been phenomenal, carry themselves professionally, and always ask for feedback. Keep up the great work!
I loved the C2 class I took.
Liv is an excellent instructor. Always changes up the exercises each week. She doesn’t rush through each exercise either. She’s a very intentional instructor..

I like the consistency between instructors at Lakeview. It feels like they’re all in the same page to deliver a good workout
The C3 class was AMAZING. I wish Corepower left more space for physical and spiritual growth with yoga and that classes like that were more common

The lakeview CorePower was nice and clean and easy to navigate. I loved how open it was and that the locker rooms were on the same floor. The studio we were in was big but still small enough that it felt more intimate.
Our instructor was awesome. She was wonderful at explaining moves and encouraging us to push ourselves. Also, her music was great.

The wipes are basically useless. Dry up in seconds and do not work.
Absolutely love everything about core power!
I showered there and felt uncomfortable because the open doorway lead me to be exposed to other guests walking by. The area to change seems more open.
