very clean facilities and excellent teachers in terms of both consistency and difficulty.
I love everything about CorePower! I wish There was a greater variety of C3/CoreRestore or other classes offered more regularly. I also find the $4 charge for towels to be so high, I understand it for mats, but it’s frustrating to pay that much if I forget a towel.
I love how personable the teaches are and that they remember your names. They provide positive abd corrective feedback.

Sydney continues to be one of the best instructors ive ever had. Going to her 6 am makes my day so much better and its so clear she really prepares and makes sure the class flows and is fresh and challenging.

Isabella was an amazing instructor at the Lake View location - she made everyone feel personally welcome, made sure they had the correct equipment and was doing well throughout the class and after. She was great at both demonstrating and explaining the movements for all levels of yoga competency - the class was not too slow or too fast or too hard or too easy.
The studio is also very clean and easy to get to!
