The instructor Gabby was amazing!!! Very welcoming, motivational, energetic, focused on her class. She gave often forgotten little reminders that I felt helped my practice. The next time I’m in Chicago visiting my son, I’m signing up for another class. I’m bummed there are none in my area.

I tend to get bored of a workout after a few classes, but I love how CorePower Yoga is a different experience every time I go! It allows me to move & treat my body how I see fit that day.

Our instructor Abby was a legend. The vibes were incredible. Strengthen my core, enhanced my flexibility, got a great sweat in.

First name removed Whittington is one of the best instructors I have ever practiced with. She will be missed so much. I hope that CPY will keep in touch with her and that she returns to teaching one day. We were lucky to have her. If there is room to keep her on as a Sculpt QA master teacher, it would be in CPY's best interest to keep her.

I love the community and class offerings! I would love to see more themed classes though (I.e. Taylor Swift sculpt, 2000s pop sculpt, C2 stretches for runners/tight hips, meditation classes) 😊
