Excellent staff and classes

Great experience! Facilities were super nice and every instructor had such a positive attitude which made the whole class more energetic. Would definitely recommend for any yogies out there as it is a much different experience than other yoga places. As for myself, after the free week I can’t see myself paying the high price to do it again but overall goos experience.

Core Power Medford was awesome! I was just sad that I could only use 1 day of my free week because I wasn't in town for longer. Hope I can come back soon!!

I really like this place. Every single person I came in contact with was very friendly, helpful. I felt very welcome. The place is spotless. The studios were constantly being cleaned before and after every class. I highly recommend this location in Medford MA.

Classes are always great and challenging for me which I love. The instructors and staff make you feel very comfortable and provide a great workout all the time! I am definitely in much better shape.

Great space and lots of classes, with easy parking.

This is not a real critique but I am not used to showing up for a class at a studio without needing a reservation. It's kind of nice, though I suppose I'll always worry there won't be space!
