Jackie was a great instructor, very challenging class with really helpful direction. She brings a lot of energy into the room. The front desk staff was great as well, very friendly and efficient. The facility is very well kept and easy to park. Really fun and enjoyable experience overall.

Class intensity

The integration of yoga and core strengthening excercises leaves you physically and mentally stronger at the end of class. Instructors were very clear in their direction (very important for me as a rookie yogi) and provided demonstration when it was clear there was confusion or improper form exhibited by their students.

I love your HPF Class, and loved my instructor at the Medford location, and I wish you offered HPF at more locations in the city.

The schedule is great and I love all of the instructors! Elizabeth is the most welcoming, positive person and I look forward to seeing her when I walk in. It's a great community of people.

Excellent staff and classes

Great experience! Facilities were super nice and every instructor had such a positive attitude which made the whole class more energetic. Would definitely recommend for any yogies out there as it is a much different experience than other yoga places. As for myself, after the free week I can’t see myself paying the high price to do it again but overall goos experience.

Core Power Medford was awesome! I was just sad that I could only use 1 day of my free week because I wasn't in town for longer. Hope I can come back soon!!

I really like this place. Every single person I came in contact with was very friendly, helpful. I felt very welcome. The place is spotless. The studios were constantly being cleaned before and after every class. I highly recommend this location in Medford MA.

Classes are always great and challenging for me which I love. The instructors and staff make you feel very comfortable and provide a great workout all the time! I am definitely in much better shape.

Great space and lots of classes, with easy parking.

This is not a real critique but I am not used to showing up for a class at a studio without needing a reservation. It's kind of nice, though I suppose I'll always worry there won't be space!
