Great classes and teachers.
As someone new to both yoga and CPY, I have been pleased with positive, encouraging, end helpful staff and environment. Especially Crystal, who I have taken most of my classes with. I have both observed and experienced Crystal’s warm greeting before class, as she takes the time to learn everyone’s names and greet them by such. Throughout class, Crystal is respectfully hands-on encouraging, and manages the time well.

There is always plenty of space in class! I never feel like I'm too close to other Yogi's. I really enjoy the C2 flow. It's never quite the same and provides a great workout in addition to stress relief!
The teachers

I like going to a high energy class, especially sculpt, because it makes working out more fun than doing it alone.
The teachers are amazing there. They are able to take feedback (positive and negative) and able to adapt this into their teaching. They all have a positive soul and energy which transcends into the students in the studio.
All the employees are always kind and welcoming, even at 6am. The facilities are clean and overall the studio is managed well from my perspective

CPY makes yoga so inviting for all levels. Years ago I did not have such a great experience and felt yoga was not for me. Four years ago my journey restarted with Yoga Sculpt. I instantly fell in love with this class. This love fostered my desire to teach and I joined YSTT. Not only do I love teaching here but I love practicing all formats. There are so many great instructors and I have learned so much from them all. I am now enrolled in PYTT 200 hour program. Yoga has transformed my life in a positive way and I am so grateful CPY gave me this opportunity to enhance my practice and to continue to grow.
