The cass I attended was tough but easy enough for my beginner skills and I felt comfortable and helped by the instructor.

I was impressed by the studio - very clean, pleasant design and layout. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming. I attended a teacher training certification practice class and it was like attending a real yoga class, I would have paid for it!

CorePower Yoga Monarch is INCREDIBLE! Everything is great-from the friendly staff, check-in process, cleanliness of the lobby, studios and locker room to the instructors!

I attended the CorePower 2 class with Amelia and although extremely crowded, I had an adequate amount of space for my practice, Amelia walked the entire room (through the crazy layout of yogis mats) and found the time to help make adjustments through the class! She even shared a little story with us to inspire trying new poses/take steps on things we may be intimated by.
