I have always had a great experience. Facilities are beautiful, the teachers are great and give excellent attention to detail and are not afraid to adjust me for proper alignment and positioning. Classes are always challenging in the best way possible.

Clear instruction

Sculpt class is a nice change of pace and builds tone in the body- who doesn't want that?!
I will say it's quite pricey but all of the above things make it worth it to me. It most likely prevents over crowding which would be reason for me to not go to core power
