I like the 45 minute class offerings. For those of us with a busy schedule or who feel overwhelmed with an hour time commitment, these are perfect and are a great workout. I like that teachers can pick their own music and it’s not a “cookie cutter” class, regardless of teacher. I use classpass and wish there were more offerings for early classes during the week.

Friendly staff at the front. Welcoming is the word I would use. The instructor was fantastic. The heat was slightly intense in the studio but I took a few minutes in the restroom by the fan to cool off.

Awesome experience. Teacher was great. The vibe was way better than other studios. Loved the humidifier in there and that he played the sitar as well. We should get humidifiers for all studios!

COrePower offers the best hybrid platform for Yoga, Hot yoga, Strength & Conditioning sessions by well trained instructors. Love the energy there and depending on what your body needs and your personal goals, Core power has it all.
The teachers are awesome and the sequences are challenging!! I'm always worn out when I leave...and love every minute of it.
The yoga teachers never say that we "Should" or "have" to do a movement, instruction is a great balance of guidance and independence.
First, I am just coming once a week right now. My goal is to ramp that number. However, attending Joel's class on Sundays is a highlight of the week.
My experience with CorePower Yoga has been excellent.However, I would suggest re-evaluating the $15 dollars cancellation policy. Members should not be forced to pay the fee since anything can happen before arriving to the class. This is the only thing that I have been very disappointed about. Thank you
