Yoga sculpt overall has changed my life in so many ways. I’m stronger mentally, physically and emotionally because of the years I’ve spent in the studio. There’s one teacher that makes me look forward to Mondays, or really any day of the week… Kennedy channels an energy I can’t find anywhere else, making me a better person inside and out.
The 6:00am class was the perfect way to start my day. The class was the perfect amount of rigor and actually quite fun.
The staff is so helpful and personable! I look forward to getting my yoga fix as much as I can.

It's just a bit expensive monthly, though I understand since there're so many classes available.
I really enjoy the classes! I just wish it was a little less hot in there... I love heated yoga but the C2 class was definitely hotter than what I am used to. Otherwise I have no complaints about the class content and the instructors are great.

It was a great workout. The instructor Cecilie was energetic and knowledgeable. The studio was very clean and the staff was welcoming. Took the 7:30 am class. Perfect way to start my day!

The teachers! Class times have changed a lot and I'd say overall, including at the Monarch, their less convenient. But still overall good experience.
The instructors. You can tell the instructors put so much time and effort to build their flows/sequences. They always make room to accommodate people. The instructors and staff have really built a community here.

I love all the teacher at the triangle specially shout out to Lauren, Ana and Nathan who really got me into yoga but I also love Gwen and Lindsey they always make me feel so welcome. They encourage me push me and also nurture my soul. I truly feel like part of the family here! I absolutely have no regrets on my membership.
Classes are great. Sometimes they get too hot though.

I truly love it but the age demographic is young which may deter an older set (tho not myself). Would love to see core restore on the schedule as restorative & yin are so beneficial. Would also love more unique experiences such as when Joel H plays his instrument (fantastic!) like singing bowls as a special event. Also love his incense which transforms the studio into a zen retreat haven.

The workout is the hardest, sweatiest workout in town
Took 6 am C2 with Karin, best class I’ve taken this year. Thematically, sequentially, and energetically well planned and executed.
Took 6 pm C2 with Joel, loved the theming around the new moon and spiritual aspects of yoga (Bhakti).
The heat at the studio definitely intensifies the experience. I’m from a newer East Coast market and our heating system doesn’t compare to the studios I’ve visited in the Midwest.
The restrooms could use some cleanliness (by teachers and/or SET) and updating (lockers, tiles, showers).
