It's a good studio with helpful and knowledgeable teachers. I've been coming for the last 10 years on and off.
I think core power is great. I love the instructors and types of classes. I just wish the schedule on the app was more accurate. There was one time I went to a morning class and no one showed up. It was really disappointing. I asked about it the next day and the instructors shrugged it off like oh it was just cancelled but it wasn’t set to say on the app. I wish that the class cancellation could’ve happened smoother.

Hot yoga is the best it really easy to get sweat. Yoga help keeping healthy and relax when you get stressed.

It was amazing. Just as expected. I felt great coming back after several months. The flow was just was I needed.
The staff
Instructors are great, happy/joyful vibe, everyone is there for their own growth - no competitiveness. I feel great when I leave the studio and everyone is friendly. There is always room in the daytime classes, so it's not too crowded.
The instructors put so much time and effort into making each class the best experience possible.
The instructors are all very professional. There are many classes I can choose from. The environment is clean and well maintained. I like to practice here.

Amazing instructors
I liked how welcomed I was treated and how I was made very comfortable as if I had been going there for years. The trainers were professional and knowledgeable I liked that as well. And I liked having the boutique and being able to purchase my own mat and towel as I am very particular about my equipment and the quality products you have there are outstanding. I tried out the hot yoga for a two week period and I am hooked I will be joining as a member. Oh and I love the location. See you soon.

The instructors are very professional and friendly. The studio is clean anh roomy. The location is easy to find and there are planting of parking spaces.
Amazing studio. This is my favorite studio out of all the LA OC and San Diego studios. It’s in a great location with lots of parking. There are three practice rooms and a nice spacious lobby.
The instructors are amazing. Two of my absolute favorites are Brooke and Robin and I try to take their sculpt class as much as possible when I’m in OC. I love it.
