I took a break for a while and came back just recently. I attended Pauline’s class and I enjoyed the class very much. Her class was challenging yet enjoyable. I really enjoyed her flow.
The teachers are amazing - special shout out to Jaideep and Stefany! They lead some of my favorite classes. Also I appreciate the way CorePower handle the changing mask mandates making it very matter of fact - not making it a bigger deal that it was. I also appreciate that teachers respect my decision to wear a mask even if there is no mandate for personal reasons!
It was very relaxing after a stressful week. I felt much better & energetic on Friday. I also slept like a rock when I got home. It wasn’t hot yoga because I can’t stand the heat. Michelle was very friendly & knowledgeable. Def. I will come back again maybe once a week.
