The heated yoga means less aches, and the "do what's right for you" is freeing. If I'm feeling good, I push. If I'm not, I take it a bit easy.

I tried the C3 this (Sunday) morning with Danica and she was such a great instructor! Her music playlist was amazing. Do your instructors share their music playlists? or does core power have a set of playlist they like to rotate thru? Thanks , First name removed

CPY is such an uplifting community, and I've quickly become integrated into the family. What started as a way to get some exercise a few days a week has become a daily ritual. CPY is like a second home to me now, and I'm grateful to be a part of it. Highly recommended!
