Took 5:45 am class with Elizabeth B who always puts so much effort by putting candlelights throughout the studio to make it a unique in the dark experience. She is really confident in her flows and mixes it up so we are always learning and being challenged.
Showers and locker rooms are clean.

Instructors are very accommodating
Had a wonderful experience with Katharine, she's such a delight. The yoga quality is wonderful, the team is friendly and welcoming, and the space is clean. Kelly does an amazing job with supporting the studio and creating visual displays that are both heartwarming and inspiring. 10/10 all around!
Gary taught a nice class. His pacing is nice and the room wasn’t overwhelmingly hot.

Ashlyn is one of absolute favs. She has an authentic talent for her ability to flow and lead a class. She has a loving and connective energy and her playlists are awesome! She has more of a dance flow that I love to incorporate into my yoga repertoire.

In most C2 classes the flows are different from week to week and designed by the instructor which makes it fun and challenging
It was great, hope I can try out the other classes as well.

I enjoy the yoga sculpt and the strength classes. One thing that is disappointing, is that when we have a good teacher who has been there for a while, we always seem to lose them to another studio. Not all of the teachers call out form and technique during the practice. Not doing this could end up injuring the yogis if they are not holding the right form, especially when using weights. I'd like to see more teachers, call out form (i.e. contracts glutes to protect back, shoulders back when doing arm exercises, etc.)
I feel fortunate that I have had many teachers in the past 9 years, who have provided me with this knowledge and instruction.
I like all the teacher tranning every day, I very happy and excited go to class room for During the training sessions, I had good health, a slim body, and a lot of energy for a working day. I am very grateful and thankful to the founder of the yoga sect, I am grateful and thankful to the person who invested a lot of money to open health training studios so that I could have a place to go to practice every day.thank you so much. Yoga instructors are well skillful, friendly and fun, after long day of work, definitely it’s a great place to be at CorePower Yoga. Location is great too. Thank you for having this great one week trial for new customers! Definitely will be joining after trying out for two days.
