Love CPY and all of the wonderful heated yoga classes to choose from! The instructors are awesome too!! I also love that I can go to multiple locations all over the country. Its great to have a workout option when traveling.

My first time in Irvine and had a wonderful experience at Core Power Yoga. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back when I visit the area again.
It’s a great way to get your work out completed in a fast fun environment. The studio is also clean and provides you with all necessary equipment to achieve whatever fitness goals you may want to achieve. The instructors are knowledgeable about the yoga practice and provide great work outs. CorePower has been the best idea for me to get my work outs in, while also having my work schedules.

I love everything Core Power Mission Viejo has to offer. I have taken every class type offered numerous times. In just over a year I have passed 400 classes, plus earning my 200 hour Teacher Training Certification. I like all of the classes offered plus the unique way each instructor teaches their class.
Special kudos to Robin G, Nassim, and Kayla for always inspiring and challenging me while letting their personal genuineness shine through.
