I love LoHi! The staff is friendly, I love the instructors, and I think the facility is amazing! I've been coming to LoHi since it opened and will continue to divide my yoga practice between the Highlands and LoHi! I really enjoy all of the instructors and how clean the facilities are in comparison to other studios. I also really enjoy the amount of classes that are offered throughout the Denver area. It makes a huge difference when trying to get a workout in and manage my 3 month old's schedule.

The people and vibes I get. I like how the yoga practice's are structured. The different classes such as yoga sculpt with weights is a great way to change it up and I'm a huge fan. I also like the intensity and core power that is incorporated into each yoga class.
