I love Marie's 5:00 PM HPF and Lauren's Sunday 10:30 AM C2! My daughter and I have been going to Lauren's Sunday C2 for a long time and I have to say, she is one of the sunniest people I have ever met! She is just a delight. She teaches a tough class, but with excellent verbal cues and adjustments. Our bodies get a great workout and our minds are very Zen :-)

Barry Wellins is, hands down, the best instructor I've had at Core Power and I've been going to CP for many years now. His sequences are always strategic, thoughtful, well-queued and effective in helping me reach and maintain my fitness goals. His setlists are well-arranged and complement the sequences perfectly. His intentions are always relatable and immediately adaptable to real life. Lastly, and most importantly, he beams with passion and his love for yoga/health/fitness/wellness and his students' growth and success shines through him from the moment you check in for class and that is what makes my experience an overall exceptional one.

Could use some deep cleaning. Shower and locked areas could be cleaner, especially the showers. Lots of dirty stuff around the shower doors.
