The class was wonderful! Hard but easy enough to keep you coming back! The teacher was really helpful and nice. I went on a Saturday morning . It was a little crowded. Will be going again though!

All the CorePower locations are wonderful. That said, CorePower Pacific Beach sets itself apart as very special. All the staff, instructors and management are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Classes are easily among the best in the business. Studios and locker rooms are spotlessly clean. CorePower PB is highly recommended!!!!

Great teachers! I appreciate that these west coast classes are less rigidly locked to the prescribed CorePower flow:
Sun A, 2-3x
Sun B, 3x, last round with a few changes
Belly up core
Maybe 1 more standing flow
Floor sequence with emphasis on back strengthening

Deeper restorative stretches, bridge, etx.

I do the above in the D.C. area anywhere from 2-4 times a week. It gets pretty repetitive which is why I used to go 4-5x a week but now tend to go more like 2-3x.
I appreciated the more freestyle nature of the San Diego classes for a change.
The classes are very good and challenging. Everytime I take a class, I get a great workout, especially, each teacher has a unique flow. It's different, I like it. The only bad thing is that finding parking is difficult.

I like that the instructors occasionally will incorporate new things but they stick to the basics as well
Kim magically knew to focus on chest and shoulder openers. I left able to move my arm better than I’ve been able to in months, and calm enough to take on the weekend with a house full of family and friends to host a funeral. Much gratitude toward you for this wonderful practice session
