I love that there are so many class times available. I also love yoga sculpt classes that help me with strength and flexibility. I am almost 49 years old and I am also a dancer, so C2 and yoga sculpt are helping to keep my body strong and flexible.

The instructors are amazing. I had laren the other day and it was the best class I’ve ever taken! Parking really sucks at this location-thats the only downfall.
