Theresa, Victoria and Maka are the best instructors ever!!!! I love their classes at kahala! You must go when these instructors are teaching! They motivate and instruct so well! These three have good energy vibes that motivate you to try harder and push yourself past your limits! Made me stronger and I love going everyday! Absolutely needed this in my life! So happy and grateful to be instructed by such professional teachers!

It was the perfect type on intensity ant the couple of instructors that checked me in were very nice .
I love CorePower and the community it brings! However, I think the towels to rent are atrocious. They fall apart at the touch and leave pieces all over myself (that is covered in sweat) that gets in my eyes and all over my mat. Would love to see either newer or better quality towels as they do cost money to rent them on top of a monthly subscription. Thank you!

The studio is clean, the class - Restore was exactly what my body needed, especially the instructor- Mareen was awesome !
The studio is always clean, the teachers are welcoming and friendly, and I get great yoga and sculpt workouts. There are plenty of classes that help me fit it in my schedule.
I really enjoyed my experience, this was my first time taking a class or practicing yoga ever, and I enjoyed the feeling of community and support I got!
The best C1 class I’ve ever experienced. Suz is a total gem! Her joy and expertise really shine from the moment we walked into the studio. She spent time with each yogi ensuring a very personalized experience and proper technique, all delivered with a level of fun and grace that was beyond compare. To top all this goodness off, she provided bilingual direction and laughs for all participants. Massive mahalos to Suz 💛for the epic C1 as my first experience at Ward! Hope to be back for a visit soon.

Excellent Yoga sculpt teachers. The instructors are always very welcoming on greeting the students when checking in for class. The Yoga sculpt class itself is very high energy, well-rounded, and fun. Love the variety of exercises that are integrated into each yoga sculpt class. The enthusiasm The teachers have is infectious and inspiring. Really enjoy the community feel of this particular studio

I'm forever grateful for CorePower Yoga and Rafi at the Kapolei studio! Also, the Community Class is always full and full of lovely people. The teaching is exceptional as is the group you've assembled to participate in the Sunday class. The most perfect way to end and begin a week, and for me, a new life.

Theresa is a great instructor. The sound level of her background music was perfect. Her instructions are clear and everyone around me said she is a great instructor.
Great instructors, clean facility.
They very friendly accomodating and clean and supporting the only thing that bothers me is the quality of the towels they have for rent at the studio,very poor quality.

Classes are challenging and modifying when needed. The studios are always clean and staff are welcoming and professional. Booking a class online or in person is simple. Also renting a mat and borrowing a locker key are also really easy in person.
