Great Class size and instructors
The energy
Hi just a suggestion. Perhaps this was already addressed with Mall Management, but is there a way to ask the Mall if they can open up the parking area in front of the studio so the 6 am yogis can park? I’ve observed the security guard standing watch to make sure nobody sneaks in. It’s ridiculous that he would do this and for the Mall not to allow 45-50 yogis not to park there for the first class.

I loved how I got a sense of home while on vacation. The class and instructor were great. They were friendly at the front desk.
Only improvement that I would suggest is cleanliness of the bathrooms and equipment. I used to work at Corepower and we had to keep the bathroom floors dry, counters clean, trashes empty, etc. I was unsure if we were supposed to clean the blocks after class or if that was handled by staff.
The studio at CorePower yoga in kapolei has amazing teachers. Very welcoming atmosphere and love the variety of classes and types of flows offered here. I always feel amazing after each session and grateful to have had the one week free experience. I’m hooked!
I loved that my usual CPY experience was replicated while on vacation in Kapolei! I felt that when I closed my eyes and listened to the instructor, that I was back in my home studio. I love that about CPY and I love that they are present in so many places - urban and suburban.
When I travel, it is important to me to have some routine of exercise, rather than mild hotel yoga. CPY, please keep expanding!!
Theresa is such a good teacher! She has it all (I have been doing yoga for 30 years). Perfect cueing, pacing, relentless, nice, smiley... very professional.

Kapolei- Awesome studio, instructors and community.
I absolutely love this place. I love it so much I get up at 5:00 during the weekdays and 6:00 on weekends just to go to class. I enjoy each teacher that i have had, they each bring a different energy. The playlists are perfect for each class. They offer a wide range of classes but I have only been stuck on two so far. Core Sculpt and Core Power Strength, I will eventually get around to the others.

It was my first time doing hot yoga so I was nervous about what to expect, but the class was very friendly to a range of skill levels! I learned how else to use yoga blocks and was able to follow along watching other attendees for each yoga pose with a name I didn't recognize. I appreciated Gino reminding people how to breathe in the heat and giving options of what you could do in certain moves to make them more or less your level. I felt like it was a quality class even though it was a free one!
