I have enjoyed the classes so far and the staff have all been welcoming. While I am very new to the yoga world, the staff and other members have never let me feel like I’m a fish out of water. I love that there are different types of classes offered. The equipment and rooms are clean. Sufficient lockers. Towels and mat available to rent in you forget to bring your own.

Variety of classes and location
I took a Yoga Sculpt class on a Wednesday morning with Suzanne and it was a GREAT workout! It was my very first Yoga Sculpt class and Suzanne was energetic, encouraging and she made us SWEAT! The women's locker room was clean and contained just enough amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips (I was stoked!) and a hair dryer. I will be back for Suzanne's class!
Natasha Bailey was the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She led us through a progressive, challenging, and meaningful sequence mixed with humor, insight and modifications. She displayed excellency, eloquence, and mastery.

Loved my session. I left feeling loose, relaxed, more in tune with my self, and very happy. Glad that I bought the black tag membership. I will be back tonight. It was a very instructional class, I learned a lot and received some personal posture help. The facility was very clean, inviting, and smelled wonderful l. Mahalo!

Great class and instructor. However free week should be where you first sign up not in geographic area. There is no studio close by. Also I have been to yoga studios all over the world. Your fees for a class is high in my opinion.
However I would return if couldn’t find another studio.
The classes are inclusive to everyone. Someone new to the practice can participate in a C1 class and learn the basic postures while still benefiting from the practice and not feeling out of place, while someone more advanced can take other classes such as the HPF class which is more of a Bikram stlye, or a C2 or C3 class which has many different postures which depend on what the teacher has put together for the class.
