I like the variety of classes and the locker room is not crowded. I can always find a locker for my items. The studio is clean too.

Main thing that I got healthier than before.
My heart is strong now and I can breath better after couple months of yoga at here after heart procedure last December.
So I am telling you that if you just show up you will get healthier , stronger and torn your body at same time :)
Also There are many different levels and classes that you can choose either come at 6am or 8pm!!
There is shower if you don’t want to go back home or work with sweat :)
Parking is pretty convenient around here.

Atmosphere
Every teacher is great and their knowledge of not only the physical but mental aspects of yoga is very impressive and encouraging.
I like the schedule of the classes, they have plenty to choose all day long, from early in the morning to late at night. I also like the different classes, from sculp to C1, restorative, etc. There is a class for everybody. The teachers are super nice, always telling you motivational speeches. Is nice to have showers and lockers there.
Great instructors. Feel invigorated after every class and makes a huge difference in my work and personal mode.

I absolutely LOVED Marissa's yoga sculpt class. Her energy was so awesome and I loved her motivation. Please have more classes during the week!
It was my first time back (in a long time) to doing hot yoga and it felt so good to start at core power. The instructor that night (mahina) helped with my postures and pose. The class was intense but relaxing. Definitely made me realized how inflexible I was from all my weight training I’ve been doing and is considering to continue doing yoga again to find connection and focus within myself and flexibility for my body. Thank you!

Please make l 5:00 c2 weekday classes!!! Maybe 2-3 times a week and alternate with sculpt :)
No matter what location I goto the class structure is the same, I like that.
The price point for Hawaii is too high.

The instructors are amazing ! They always create a fun and loving environment. They switch up their routine for regulars like myself which makes going to classes more challenging and exciting. They have amazing products and a great selection.
The staff about CorePower Kahala are amazing and create such a warm and welcoming energy! The management team are so friendly and supportive and the instructors are so approachable and helpful before, during, and after class. I love this studio and I genuinely look forward to every class I have the privilege of taking there.

I took a 3 year hiatus from yoga and Core Power Ward was great introducing me back into it. Not heavy on the spiritual side which I do enjoy but good teachers and welcoming environment. Love the positivity. Only have done the C1 classes but even though are pretty challenging. Happy to knock some rust off and get back into it. Much Mahalos!
