All the trainers are so helpful with taking the time to explain each position. I'm a first time yogy and starting in C1 till I get the hang of it.

Great to come back to where my love of yoga started. Love the hospitality, the environment, the facility, the classes, and the teachers.
From the moment you walk in, this place exudes light & positive energy! The ambiance is fresh, uplifting, healthy & clean. There are showers ad locker rooms, but beyond a gym, the people there are sincere, sympathetic, supportive, bright and simply beautiful. Most instructors have well thought out, sequenced classes and the excellent sound system enables the music to truly take you on a journey with each class. Adding a little heat to the room, its a wonderful experience that either pumps up a great workout (Sculpt class) and/or often melts away any and all stress (C1, C2, HPF classes). Love my Core Power Yoga Hawaii...Life Changing.
C1 is my favorite. Gabi is one of my favorite instructors
