Very good classes but not much variety. Mostly hot yoga.
Of course, I appreciate the benefits of hot yoga and how good it makes me feel, but what enthuses me the most is my favorite instructor, Kaelyn, who brings incredible energy that keeps me motivated and coming back for more! She’s amazing!

Most teachers have a well balanced sequence and they are very friendly.

Class was good and didn't mind not having heat as had done portion of a triathlon earlier in day. Men's locker room needs a fan.

Studio has good teacher, classes are scheduled at a convenient time. Studio is pretty clean. I would like to see a "community board" where yoga friends could post info like...looking to rent an appartment, or garage sale, or want to have coffee after class?

Kimberley is a wonderful teacher. She is such a professional! She explains all the moves as you go in a voice you can hear. She will show me and other students how to improve our postures and helps me be better. Through her explanations, she tries to ensure students do not hurt themselves in class. She is also very friendly and kind. I also feel refreshed and that I had a great workout when I leave her classes. She is terrific! I wish she had more yoga sculpt classes!
The studio is definitely improving, good timing as i was about to cancel my membership. Quality instructors are returning to teach. Thank you.
Excellent setting and setup with the instructor Jacqueline. Studio was well kept and clean. The layout had changed recently into more of chic and boutique-like vibe.
Class was introduced in details, gentle flow and patient for a speed that is for all levels. Playlist and vibe was very chill and groovy.
Definitely would come back for more.

The showers and locker room needs more attention to be kept cleaned and maintained. Sinks running slow and clumps of hair in the showers need to be improved.
