This is a really nice studio it’s calm and peaceful the teachers are so sweet and kind and also I notice the instructors here have a lot of teaching experience and knowledge they share different styles and make the class of fun learning experience in terms of philosophy physiology it’s really a mentally and emotionally healing experience.

Great teachers, energy, and environment
This was the first yoga class I ever took. The teacher repeated the movements, the music was great, I really liked the weightlifting aspect and core work. All ages were participating and I did not feel uncomfortable at all.
It is a judge free zone! I feel so comfortable at this studio.

The staff was super friendly! Right when you walk up they say hello with a genuine smile on their face. You can tell they enjoy being there and helping people feel good about themselves. It's warming ;) The environment in class was very welcoming too, very supportive from teachers to students. Plus, I was sore for a few days after, I love it!

Carina. But besides that - I love the lighting, love the music, love the convenient hours, love the cleanliness of the facilities, and love the warmth of the rooms when working out early in the morning (helps my aging 35 year old joints).
I enjoy the variety of classes offered, but I am especially appreciative of a judgement-free class experience. The instructors are encouraging and high energy.
