I love the classes at CorePower. The instructors are knowledgeable, and offer constant encouragement. The classes are challenging and fun.
Great classes. Fabulous instructors that are conscientious about providing great music and instruction. I like the options of having regular class, sculpt or HPF or Restore. Love having showers and easy parking to make it efficient. But the broken lockers need to be repaired and tissues restocked pls.

This was my first visit to the Westwood studio, and I had an excellent experience! The studio is spacious and clean, and I was warmly welcomed.
The C2 class was awesome! I loved that it was a candlelight class. The darkness really helped settle and quiet my mind and allowed me to relax in the space. The class was pretty much full, which contributed so well to the mood and supportive vibe in the room. The flow was great too. It was full of poses that allowed me loosen up, stretch, and lengthen. The pace was nice, and provided a great way to close out the night! I will definitely return to this studio!
Awesome! Really tough Sculpt workout. Liked it a lot. Will come back when in town. Great atmosphere in the studio. With shower units-essentiell.

Amazing class with Amber this week!
There are a wide range of dynamic classes available with a great array of teachers. Yenly, Sarah, Jessie and Sophia are my favorite teachers with standout sequencing and helpful hands on assistance/guidance to further my practice. One opportunity with classes could be to offer more options for C1 or even better a prenatal class if possible (with a teacher who is confident to offer alternate postures etc)
The studio itself is great as it’s close in location to me and there is always parking available. It’s always well kept and the front staff are welcoming.
Lia is the best instructor
I like that your body is warm and can do the poses easier. When I sweat, I feel like I’m getting rid of some toxins from my body. I also like the instructors. Although I have limitations on the poses that they do, i can modify them to fit me.
The heat, humidity, releasing toxins and feeling grounded and at peace. Love the wilshire community of management, teachers and other students. Would love to see more HPF classes at peak time frame 5 or 5:30 or 6pm classes.

I like the diversity of classes. I have been going to Westwood since it opened. The carpet needs to be cleaned, The vents are full of dust. The heating system is temperamental in studio 1. The best and most inspiring teacher is Daveed. He has creative music. I am bored with yoga music with no vocals. His class feeds your body and your soul. I talk about CorePower to many people and have gotten my grown children going .
Elle’s class is professional and extremely pleasant 🐾we’ll be back for more of the meditation as well

My favorite thing to do on any given Friday is to attend Bianca’s C2! I live for her classes, she’s an amazing instructor with creative sequences, beautifully balanced playlists, and she’s brings in zodiac, moon or chakra elements #thebest
