Challenging, encouraging environment. You can make it what you want. The instructors can be very hands on or more of a guide and its your choice how much you engage with them. All instructors and other people in class are always very excited, driven, and positive.
I really enjoyed taking Maria's class, great energy and such a great way to start the day.

I love the 1.5 class because it is hot and just the right amount of exercise. I think the level 1 classes should also be hot.
Your instructors are awesome. Ever thought about adding Zumba Yoga to your classes? That would be great. I'm sure you would get a full house especially something titled, " Hot Zumba Yoga." Just a suggestion !!!!! Most of those who participate in your program love to sweat that would be a opportunity for a great cardio workout. Anyway. Love your classes.
