Challenging, encouraging environment. You can make it what you want. The instructors can be very hands on or more of a guide and its your choice how much you engage with them. All instructors and other people in class are always very excited, driven, and positive.

Fantastic instruction, clean studios and free parking have me coming back for more! I go to this particular CorePower location in the DC metro because of the parking, and I drive by two other CorePowers and numerous other yoga studios on my way that don't have the same ease in parking. It's a big deal in our area!
