I absolutely love coming to CorePower, all of the trainers are so nice and their classes are really great! I go to the 6am sculpt class several times a week and really enjoy the energy and class itself. I will say though, I am a little disappointed that Sculpt is cancelled M, W, and F for the next two weeks but I understand the schedule needs to be changed to make room for Bootcamp.

Great instructors, clean studio, fun music, and cute apparel schwag!

I love the teachers because they seem very well-trained, they incorporate setting an intention and other yoga principles, and they are very nurturing. I like the studios very much, too. The heat and humidity in the studios are always excellent. The lobby, locker rooms, bathrooms, and cubbies are also lovely (although the cubbies are often dusty). My favorite class is Hot Power Fusion.

The great mix between yoga and sculpting which keeps the class interesting and fun.

Great, upbeat classes and every teacher brings something different.
