I love the feeling of community at all of the studios. I've been to all of the studios in the DC area and visited several studios in other cities while travelling, and the positive energy can be felt as soon as I walk in the door. The instructors are always welcoming and friendly and ready to offer assitance of any kind.

Classes are challenging yet empowering. Most of the instructors are very aware of their classes and make sequence modifications to benefit the needs of all of their students, regardless of the skill level.

From start to finish, my experience was GREAT. Everyone was so friendly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease the second I walked in the studio. This was the first time I had ever taken a yoga class in my life, and it was wonderful. The instructor was AWESOME, and I did not feel behind or stressed by the fact that it was my first time. The pace was great, the studio was clean, and I loved the music choices. I also felt like it was a good balance of breathing, strengthening, stretching, and core work. The class made me feel strong as well as relaxed, and those feelings stayed with me the whole rest of my day. It was just perfect, and I'm so happy my first yoga class was such a positive experience. I cannot wait to continue my free week of yoga! I am officially a convert, and this place is AWESOME :)

Length of classes and variety. I like being able to choose between the c2 class and sculpt. I always feel great after either session. Teachers are consistently good and classes are never overly crowded.

I love Sculpt and HPF classes. Facilities are clean and welcoming and teachers are generally very good.

The classes are well structured and led. There are many talented individuals leading classes. I wish I could attend every day! The studio is extremely clean and also very welcoming. It is clearly a well run establishment.

Very accessible practice. Every single teacher I have had (yes, I have favorites but . . .) has been friendly, helpful and real. I'm older than most of Core Power's clients at the studios I attend (Bethesda and Glover Park) and I never feel judged, which is important to me.

Teachers are wonderful and most take the time to get to know you by name. The class schedule is also very convenient.

What I love in Corepower is the energy!!! Eveyone is so approchable, always have a solution and a smile in there faces; this makes it an enjoyable experience, specially when you are arriving from a hectict rush hour.
