Quality of teachers
I commend highly the yoga teacher Robin for last Saturday's practice of C1 at the 4:30pm class for her quick and timely assistance to maneuver back my right shoulder when it got locked in an apparent dislocation. While i know the yoga instructors are not medically trained to handle ortho-related injuries, still Robin was able to help me. My shoulder dislocation that occured during a yoga practice may be an isolated case, still it is recommended that there is minimum knowledge on the part of instructors and studio personnel what to do when an unexpected injury happens. I am glad Ms. Robin assisted quickly yet not compromising the practice of the rest, she was simultaneously aiding me and conducting the class normally.

Love the classes and instructors
Hands down Kym is the best teacher I've had at CPY. I bypass other CPY studios to take Kym's class.
I really enjoy classes here. Every class has a unique flavor depending on the instructor. The environment is welcoming and both students and instructors are friendly.
My favorite class is the C 1.5 which builds on the basics of the C1 sequence and deep dives into certain poses. I like the workshop-like environment and challenging myself with new and different postures. I also like the level of heat and humidity in the room- it's not too hot, but there's enough warmth to help stretch muscles while getting sweaty.
I also like checking out the merchandise- really funky and colorful yoga tights, inspirational tank tops, and unique products to help keep my yoga mat clean and fresh. I'm a big fan of the Herban Essentials Yoga towelettes.
