Convenient and great classes

I love the environment and the teachers. Each class has been a great experience for me! I usually don't love work out classes but CorePower keeps me engaged and satisfied.

There was one sculpt class I took where I was the only male in the class (which is very rare and becoming even less so). The instructor though used the term "ladies" when addressing the class as a whole. I'm sure it was some sort of slip but it was off putting enough for me to write this note, so just something to be aware of :)

I love feeling at home at CorePower. The instructors greet each student with a smile and warm welcome. The sequences (for any type of class) are challenging yet accessible to all students. I love my workout and meditation time I experience at CorePower.
