I like the yoga sculpt classes in particular. If possible, it would be great if a sculpt class time could be at 6 or 6:30 1-2 nights during the week as 7:30 is a hard time on the way home from work.

I like the availability of classes after 4 pm weekdays and all the options for weekend classes. There are plenty of sessions for someone who works full time. The staff I have met to date have all been very friendly and engaging. Jasmine M knew my name after 1 visit!

The Medford studio is such a beautiful space and everyone who teaches there is very welcoming. They make yoga accessible to everyone. Kristina is an amazing manager and teacher, she really sets the space to be welcoming and without judgement,
