The classes are all great and the times are very convenient. I like that there are morning, daytime, and evening classes even during the week! I also like that you don't have to sign up in advance! It makes it really easy to just drop in whenever works for my schedule. I love Sun and Audra so I wish they taught more!

I really liked the cushion-y floors...walking in with bare feet onto those floors were just wonderful especially since I've been having feet problem myself. The instructor was great and I really feel like I got a great work out as well as a great stretch when I took the class for the first time.

Clean, spacious facility that is conveniently located. Maria Petty is a great instructor - helpful and outgoing. I would not have known she is a new instructor if she did not tell me. I am interested in a drop-in fee as I will only be able to do yoga on the weekends.

When I first entered the studio when I first joined a year plus ago I was blown away by how clean everything was. For someone who goes to the gym all the time I was impressed to see such clean showers and the showers still look clean to this day. I'll always find hair since us girls shed everywhere but no signs of mold or grunge anywhere. Every employee is warm and welcoming both at this studio and others.
