I had a not so good experience for my first time last year. I voiced my opinion and was asked to come back for another week for free, my daughter also was with me. I took a class yesterday and the manager there taught the class and it was fantastic! she was supportive, and a great instructor. I will definitely go back with my daughter again.
I really like the pace of your CP1 class. I've been doing yoga for many years, but I'm recently getting back into it due to an injury and I really feel like the class is not too easy/not too hard.

Lots of options throughout the day to accommodate my work schedule. Plus it is usually a very good work out in addition to good yoga.

The friendly staff
The vibes emitting from Core Power are very friendly and inviting! Core Power came highly recommended to me from a friend I met on Sunday and I'm so glad I began courses this week. I feel welcome and that's important! I'm recovering from a broken hip I suffered while escaping a lightning storm at 12,000 ft and yoga is helping me heal!

When I first entered the studio when I first joined a year plus ago I was blown away by how clean everything was. For someone who goes to the gym all the time I was impressed to see such clean showers and the showers still look clean to this day. I'll always find hair since us girls shed everywhere but no signs of mold or grunge anywhere. Every employee is warm and welcoming both at this studio and others.
