Michelle's C1 was so great. The studio was spacious, clean and not overcrowded. She was also very welcoming, sharing location of things immediately. Parking was easy and ample. Only issue for me is distance but it was worth the drive.

I love the instructors here! I go weekly to Abby and Lottie’s classes and love the energy they bring to the studio. Their classes are some of the highlights of my week!

Teresa D was an amazing teacher! Her cadence, cueing and sequencing were spot on! She has a gentle way about her as we moved through a very challenging class! The heat was perfect, and the cool down with fans was a welcomed added touch. And can’t forget the playlist.. loved it! Thank you
I love coming to the studio and generally I would recommend it to people who enjoy yoga. The locations are very convenient for me and I love most of the instructors who I have worked with. The reason I wouldn’t recommend to everyone is that the cost of a membership is quite high given the lack of amenities in the spaces. Specifically I think it is a bit ridiculous that while paying $150/month for a membership I don’t get access to taking out yoga mats or towels for free (and at the back bay location one of the showers has been out of order). It’s a pain to always have to carry around a mat and towel before work or when I need to run errands afterwards but I also don’t want to be charged an extra $5 every time I come in when I’m already paying a lot.
There is no better feeling than leaving a Sculpt class! It is truly the 60 minutes of my day that I look forward to most. I feel so accomplished and proud of the sweat I put in!
