I love it here. The yoga rooms have a great temperature to humidity ratio. Great sweat without feeling like you are burning up. Excellent instructors.
Really like this location because of the instructors. I go to 12:30pm classes almost every day and Caitlin and Luna are super helpful. I am almost 7 months pregnant and Caitlin always checks on me or researches what poses would be beneficial for me and my baby. I really like this attentiveness.

I’m giving a 10 for the And teacher not necessarily CorePower as a hole. I like this video because it actually has humidity, I don’t really go to the other ones because they don’t have in Boston. Kelly put on a great class and flow and has an awesome playlist so I specifically seek out her classes and give her 10.

Men's locker rooms are getting a bit rough around the edges. Could use a freshen up as well as more regular deep cleaning.
The other thing I would add is that there is a big difference between the voice volume of some of the teachers. I have a hearing disability and there are a couple of teachers that speak so softly that I can't understand them - especially when the music goes up. I would urge all teachers to turn up their own voice volume in those cases.
Instructors are very helpful, each has a different style and program that always keeps me on my toes (literally!)

Best yoga studio ever! Classes are great and everybody is super nice.
The instructors are Amazing Widya by far the BEST! she makes you feel welcome every day you walk in. Her motivational words at the beginning of every class I think the instructors should get a monthly bonus $$$ for the class size or based on over performance something!. Some of the instructors put their heart and soul into every class. Lots of students drive miles form other towns passing other Core Powers just to be in her class!!! its truly AMAZING! big loss to fresh pond is when LuLu left, that was a hard day but she was promoted. Another amazing instructosr! EMMA and LARESSIA and ANNIE bold and make you go to the next level best music and then there is ALYSSA such an exciting Sculpt teacher! And the over all studio nice and BIG very clean just love love this studio. And the wonderful LULU apparel!!!! and little freebees lip balm , hydration packets, ect. not enough of those. And for hot power Jeannie and Inga know how long to hold and rest. And Stephanie keeps everything organized and running while teaching!
