Great instructors!
The teachers are so wonderful across the board from C2 to yoga sculpt. Neha, Ali, Niki, Alex and Gabrielle are some of the best to name a few. There are some new sculpt teachers that I think need a little more time to get their bearings.

I loved the classes. The parking was somewhat difficult and it was too far from where I live but I really enjoyed and might join s as a member of I can’t find another studio closer.
The instructors, the flow, the heat & humidity and the facilities. I always recommend core power and wish there was one closer to or located on the north shore.

The instructors, the classes are amazing and the results! I have been a runner, a trainer, and an outdoor enthusiast, my entire life. I’ve never been in better shape since I have started doing yoga sculpt I’m proud to say that my pancake posterior now is actually hard and round like a booty should be!

The studio is absolutely gorgeous and was so clean and organized. I loved the class I went to, the instructor was really great and explained everything well. Will definitely be back!

The instructor was excellent, blending mindfullness and intention into the practice and the class flowed easily.
Great facility with multiple rooms to accommodate different class sizes. Class schedule is robust with plenty of afternoon and early evening sessions (my preference). And of course the instructors are excellent!
