I suggest you add some shelves to the studio to let the yoga blocks get more air and dry out. This would also make it easier for people to use the blocks that currently sit at the bottom of the stack. Thanks.
I loved the beat and the routine of the 45 minute YS. Even though I had a hard time keeping up. Can't wait until you open again!!

The class I took in Medford was outstanding!! Tough, but excellent.
My only feedback (from each class I’ve taken at Core Power, which includes Kendall, Medford & Cambridge), is it’s been hard to hear the instructors. Could just be my 48 year old ears, but having them speak louder and more clearly (and lowering the volume on the music) would be my one suggestion.

I love all core power, yoga classes. In fact I take him in many different cities. My only complaint is at the restrooms. The shower areas are very dirty. Across the board I never find the facilities clean.
Sydneys classes are the best!

Gabby's class was amazing! She had such a great playlist that kept the energy up the entire time, and her instructions were always clear and easy to follow. She made the workout challenging while still keeping it fun and engaging. I can't wait to take another class with her!

Variety of classes and times
I love the Fresh Pond studio. I have taken several classes with several different instructors. I honestly have not found a instructor I do not like. It's a challenge to pick just one class to go to per day. The studio is always clean. The instructors are always friendly. I am grateful to have the CorePower Fresh Pond community in my life.
