Attended classes with Nicole and Kenzie (both C2). Fantastic. I've beed doing hot yoga (Baptiste-ish, vinyasa, whatever) for almost 11 years [HYP studio in Needham, Bella Prana in Tampa]. Both instructors were extremely good -- well timed alignment tips, enjoyable flow, high level of challenge.
I've already suggested that my daughter and her husband, Charlestown residents 10-minutes walk away, give you a try.
I'll be back anytime I'm in the area (visiting my grandson, daughter and son-in-law).

I've always loved hot yoga and core power offers a variety of Vinyasa and Sculpt classes in a nice setting and the teachers are well trained.

Fresh Ponds is the largest and nicest CorePower studio that I’ve been. Hot Power Fusion is not offered at all studios in the Boston area, but worth the drive for this class. Ashley B is one of the best.
