I literally only come to CorePower BackBay because of Varaly and her classes, especially HPF. She is AMAZING! She is exemplary of what a true holistic yoga teacher should be. Corepower should have her show other teachers what a phenomenal yoga class is be it HPF, C2, C1, Corerestore, or yoga sculpt. Her sequences are always excellent and absolutely love the music and the zen she creates in the room (through the music, the essential oils, the savasana at the end!).
Varaly SHOULD ALWAYS get whatever she wants to enhance her classes and teach for HOWEVER long she wants. It should not take her five years to get a 75 minute HPF class as she has requested over and over. She truly adds soooo much to the Corepower Back Bay community and when she left for her hiatus last year, it was incredibly detrimental.
Please do whatever you can Corepower corporate to keep Varaly happy and staying FOREVER with Corepower. Give her a raise, give her a gold plaque to honor her at the studio, make her a gold statue, give her literally whatever she wants because she is a rarity and is so deserving of praise from Corepower Back Bay and corporate for all she has done for us yogis students.
Great workouts with a blend of yoga, strength. Enjoyed the studio workouts. Monthly cost is high which is difficult to maintain
Everything except people who are on their cell phones. Phones should not be permitted in class :)

I’ve been taken classes for year and a half now , all the instructors are very consistent and professional - Troy, Jeannine , Gabi and Meghan are my favorites and I fully recommend to try their classes.
I love the Core Yoga 2 classes the best. I find them to be harder and better for you. I wish this location had Core Yoga 3 classes and also had 75 - 90 minute classes.

great workout, wonderful instructors. i like the mat markers, but i've seen other studios stagger them by row, so you're not 100% behind the person in front of you, but just a few inches off to the side so you're still able to see yourself in the mirror.

I was a visiting member who signed up for two yoga sculpt classes on 3 May--both were canceled a few hours later. Most fortunate for me was that Ms. Margaret's C2 & Restore classes were still on so I registered for them. She was a lifesaver and phenomenal yogi; I'd spent extensive time prior to, traveling on an airline and needed this state of decompression.
I also returned on 7 May for Yoga Sculpt. Little did I know I would meet my virtual yoga mentor in person--Widya! I studied her cues on YouTube while I took YS Teacher Training last year. What a pleasant surprise to meet her in person AND privilege to take her extraordinary class--truly a 'Hollywood' moment.
