It was great! The instructor was amazing and made the class fun and did a good job of modeling poses. My only feedback would be that it would be helpful to have a louder mic so everyone can hear. Again, great class and experience!

Great place with so many wonderful teachers in Medford: Margaret D, Samantha K., Toni, and Lexi. But why can't there be more starters to clean the studios and substitute teachers? And for CP Cambridge, there's only one Maureen and Gabby D.

I love the ink block sweat community! Adrienne is the best! Her sculpt class is a good balance of a great sweat with an awesome playlist but also makes time to recenter and relax the body before wrapping up class.
CPY is an immediate mood boost any time of the day or week. All of the instructors have infectious energy, pushing me on my good days and encouraging graciousness on low energy days. I’ve gotten so many of my friends to join and we all agree it’s the most fun we’ve ever had in a workout class!
I love absolutely everything, and would/do recommend CorePower to friends & family. The only reason this is a 9 instead of a 10 rating is due to the costs. CorePower is expensive, so I love that they offer a free unlimited week. It just stinks that members need to pay a high amount monthly

My wife and I had a wonderful class. The instructor was experienced and instructive . The facilities were clean and functional.
We went for the first time while in town for a family wedding and the class was amazing!! The teacher was great and the room was heated with an amazing flow you could follow to a great sweat. Thanks for the warm welcome
CorePower Charlestown is an amazing studio. The teachers, namely Kenzie and Sheldon, are excellent and kind. I leave class feeling energized and refreshed each time.

more instructors for sculpt on saturday if possible and also set a rule for no talking/ gossiping when entering the studio for class. it’s my time for peace and quiet and when there is a lot of talking it kinda ruins it. thx!
