Great studio with lots of classes. If I could make one suggestion, the north Denver studios give everyone a cold lemon-lavender towel at the end of class during savasana. It's incredibly refreshing after sweating for an hour.

I love the size of this location, with three studios it makes it so much easier to be able to attend the class that you want to. There are a variety of times and classes offered throughout the day. I have never felt like it is too crowded.

The cardio circuit class you offer is a really nice option to diversify my workouts. While I enjoy the yoga classes, I do appreciate having the option to do some cardio under the same membership! Wish more locations had this option.

The teachers are dynamic and creative. They give their all to making each class safe, unique and challenging. The studios are always clean and everyone is friendly. Overall just a quality place and with quality people. Favs-Rose, Melissa Schacht Cherry Hills and Ruby, Bridget, Cathy, Melissa at Ken Caryl/Littleton They all deserve great big bonuses for all the heart and soul the put into their classes!!
I like the variety of classes. I like the teachers because you can tell they are passionate about teaching yoga.
I love CPY Cherry Hills. The community is absolutely amazing and every single class I have taken, the teacher has welcomed me with open arms. I have never felt so at home as I do at this studio. I love the classes because they are challenging, but accessible and I always feel successful when I leave. CPY is the best!
