I like the afternoon yoga sculpt times on the weekend! The studio "fragrance" from the prior class, however, was a little rough.

tues 5:45 am class instructor was excellent!
It offered a lot of different benefits. The yoga class I went to focused on several different things rather than just the basic flow sequence, it included inversions, ab workout, and everything we did the instructor spoke very descriptive so it was easy to perform.
