I love the sculpt classes. Thank you! Fantastic and fun workout and I still get the benefits of ‘traditional’ yoga. Also this studio is a great location with friendly instructors. I love how many classes are offered every day - no excuses not to sign up! :)

Love the whole experience of core power. The teachers and friends make it feel like home. I love the variety of classes, multiple studios and deep schedule that allows me to always find a class when I need one. Thanks to all of the staff, core power and yoga in general has changed my life.

As a survivor of the shooting that took place at the Happy Canyon Shopping Center on Mon., Feb. 27, two doors down from your Cherry Hills Village, CO, studio, I was traumatized. One would NEVER expect a crime like this to happen there, and your studio helped in the healing process. As I stopped by the nail salon where a stray bullet passed through the walls, and then, your studio, I stopped in to see if everyone was okay, and to see if Katie Holland was there. She was one of your yoga instructors who had been at the nail salon when the shooting happened. When I told the front desk Manager that I was a survivor, along with Katie, she offered me a free yoga session. Fri., I took her up on it. Yukoko Hu was my instructor, and she showed concern and made me feel safe. Thank you for creating a culture of caring.

I like that, even though I’ve only done the C1 class, the different instructors tend to change it up a little, so it’s not necessarily the same sequence every time.

The studio is clean and well taken care of. The staff is incredible...always friendly and professional. Marta, Kristen B and Cody are excellent teachers with such caring energy.

I love certain studios and not at all others. The experience is very variable across the system. I live in two cities and try to attend classes in both but I've given up on one of them. Love the classes in CO, awful studios in Peninsula area of SF.

I love the studio and the instructors! I wish you did the cold towel at the end like other Cp Studios… definitely entices me to go to theirs for that reason
