Great class, the only feedback I would give is I think it is odd that the instructor does not instruct from the front of the class. Very distracting that we have to look in the mirror to see her in the back. It would be good if she had a matt in the front and demonstrated some of the moves.
Nice instruction though. The other studios I go to always have the instructor in the front of the class.

Lucinda is a masterful teacher. She offers an integrative approach, beautifully blending asana and mindfulness. Her classes are challenging yet carefully planned to ensure graceful flow.

It balances my life and keeps me present. Thank you, each and every teacher I have ever had for class has been remarkable.

The studios and ladies locker room at Cherry hills are clean. Appreciate that. Just wish sweaty men doing hot yoga would wear shirts to keep their sweat from flinging my way. It’s pretty gross. More importantly that just being gross, if sweaty men chose to not wear shirts and sweat all over the place they should clean up their sweat off floor as it’s a slip and fall hazard -huge fear as I exit studio. Seriously. Lawsuit waiting to happen? To the studio and those careless yogis: You are on notice. Though I doubt this is news to you.

Schedule that provides with options throughout the week. Ample classrooms. Clean studio. Kind personnel.

Patty N 915 CPY 2 with music was simply wonderful, her flows are so smooth and beautiful chorography. And the drum music really add a new level of depth to the practice.

Cherry Hills is so laid back and welcoming. They make me feel confident in my abilities (and sometimes lack of :))

Very efficient and friendly check-in, and Rose is an excellent instructor. Clean and comfortable facility, easy parking.

The instructor (Nancy, sub) was great. Great cues and a good vibe. The heat for Hot Yoga was perfect.

I loved the pace of the class. Cues were clear and breathing was a main focus.

The challenge!!

The best core power site I've been to so far. The only thing holding me back from joining is the silly corporate rules suppressing the community factor for the MacDonald's generic version of lowest common denominator to achieve homogeneity. Ideally that silly idea will be relaxed so that the yoga centers can reflect the community they serve more than the corporation they are named by.

Great teachers, clean and welcoming studios

This is my favorite CPY studio. I love the feeling of welcome and belonging when i come to Cherry shills to practice. I like the fuller schedule with 2 studios for more options. Mostly I love the exceptional teachers who teach here. They are amazing and varied in their offerings. Also, and added benefit- CH has the best and always changing merchandise. Love this studio!

Many of the instructors focus on intention in addition to movement and are good at helping you train your breath to movement.
