There are many different types of classes to take at all times of the day. The instructors are very nice. It’s a nice way to start my day with openness, calmness, and clarity.

This is a great studio and all of the locations in Denver are a little bit different but they all provide the opportunity for a great yoga practice. I love the sense of community, the commitment to good alignment and thoughtful cues and the power yoga/vinyasa focus. I’ve practiced for 15 years and for most of that time I have been at CPY. With travel, I have seen what other studios are like but none of them compare to the consistently deep practice I have at my home studio.
The instructors are awesome at CorePower. There are usually many students in each class who are at different levels of experience and yet the instructors are able to attend to everyone and make it feel very inclusive and welcoming. I always leave class in a good mood and feeling like it was time well spent.
Amazing, meditative exercise. I cannot imagine my life without an almost daily CorePower class.

Corepower is inclusive and a very well maintained studio. I love Jonathan as a teacher, he always has a great message, music and flow to his classes.

The teachers and staff are the best! The locker rooms are always clean. I hate the wipes that are used for blocks and weights, terrible for the environment!! Bring back cardio circuit!!
I really enjoy the variety of classes and the wonderful instructors. Each teacher has been excellent and I always enjoy their playlists. Everyone is super friendly and they meet you were you are in your practice and help you get to the next level.

I’ve been out of yoga for a few years and this was a great class to get back in the swing of things.
The front desk staff and teacher were very nice and the class was perfect!
I like "my people", my favorite teachers. I am learning to breathe and them telling me to is a great reminder. I don't always do it but I mean to! Location is great for me and the times available mostly work for when I am able. I like the heated options and feel it makes a difference.

I like Brenna and her yoga instruction very much. I like the temperature of the classroom she uses. I like her music and encouragement. The time frame of her class is good for me.
